Shipping Locations 1-800-Wheelchair UK ships anywhere in the UK including England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses via either First Class post, Millbrook Healthcare or DHL Express. It's not possible to choose exactly which carrier we use for your order. For orders outside the UK please submit your order and we will email to you the exact shipping cost, or call us at 0800 051 0011. You will not be charged until you agree to the shipping charge and method.
Shipping Rates
Delivery Time Motorized Wheelchairs,Lift Chairs and Electric Scooters take 5-10 business days. Custom motorized wheelchairs and scooters (extra wide, etc.) may take up to 3 weeks. If you need you order in a shorter period of time please contact our customer service at 0800 051 0011. Extra charges may apply. In the event that your order cannot go out in the above mentioned time. You will be contacted immediately with the reason for the delay. You can either cancel the order or wait for shipment. In the event that we cannot reach you to make a delivery we will reattempt to deliver for up to one week at which time we will return the order and charge you a 10% restocking fee.

14 day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and offer a 14 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns under the following circumstances:
Restocking Fees:
No Returns: If you decide that you would like to return or exchange a product you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The customer is responsible for the return shipment unless the product is damaged. Please call our customer service Representative at 0800 051 0011. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT A RA NUMBER or return direct to manufacturer. For returns, refunds are credited after receipt of the product.
