If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns under the following circumstances:
Restocking Fees:
There are no restocking fees except for all Motorized Wheelchair, Electric Scooters, Lift Chairs, Wheelchair Cushions, and products delivered direct from the manufacturers which have a 10% restocking fee.
Engineer delivered products such as mobility scooters and powerchairs which are returned with our engineer will be charged the engineers delivery rate, usually £50 - £70.
No Returns:
Hospital beds, special order and "prescriptive" products such as Ultra lightweight and Heavy
duty Wheelchairs cannot be returned. All Bath Safety and toileting products are non-returnable due to hygiene
issues.
If you decide that you would like to return or exchange a product you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment unless the product is
damaged. Please call our customer service
Representative at 0844 888 1337. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER.
For returns, refunds are credited after receipt of the product.
Cancellations
We work hard to see that our products ship quickly. If you cancel your
order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above
policies apply.
